Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Hangukin (the "Service"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and the operator.

A "foreigner member" is an individual who uses visa, job and settlement information; a "business member" is an employer who posts jobs; an "administrator" operates and manages the Service.

The Service includes the K-Point visa score check, providing and applying to job postings matching your eligibility, settlement information, and customer support.

K-Point and other visa-related results are estimates for reference based on the values you enter, and do not guarantee the actual review outcome.

Final determinations must be confirmed by the Immigration Office and a qualified professional (such as a certified administrative agent).

Members must provide accurate information and must not misappropriate others’ information or enter false information.

Conduct against law or public order, conduct that disrupts normal operation of the Service, and unlawful recruitment or brokerage are prohibited.

The operator may change or suspend the Service, and will give prior notice of material changes.

The operator is not responsible for the results of transactions or hiring between users (foreigner–employer), and limits liability for the accuracy of provided information to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; jurisdiction over disputes follows applicable law.

These terms take effect on 2026-05-30.
