2. Purpose of collection and use

3. Retention and use period

We retain data until you withdraw your membership or the purpose of collection is achieved, after which it is destroyed without delay.

Where retention is required by applicable law, we keep the data for the period set by that law.

4. Provision to third parties

As a rule, we do not provide your personal data to third parties.

However, when you apply to a job, we may provide the information needed for the application to that employer with your consent.

5. Outsourcing of processing

We may entrust processing of personal data to external providers (such as cloud infrastructure) to operate the service, and ensure such processing is managed securely in accordance with applicable law.

When you use AI features (document interpretation, scam check, life Q&A, contract check): the text/photos you submit and a minimal set of profile fields needed for personalized answers (visa type, visa expiry date, nationality, region of residence, Korean proficiency, preferred industries, years of experience, K-Point self-check result) are transmitted to and processed by Anthropic, PBC (United States — cross-border processing). Identifying details such as your name, phone number, and email are NOT transmitted.

Under its policies, Anthropic does not use data sent via its API to train AI models, and transmitted data is deleted per the processor’s policy after the purpose is fulfilled. If you do not use the AI features, no such transmission occurs.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and we will take the necessary measures without delay.

7. Security measures

We apply reasonable safeguards such as access control and encryption in transit.

Sensitive information such as passport copies is not stored in plain text.
